In order to better manage our accounts receivables, we have recently changed our policies and procedures for Golden Valley Charter School
We are once again accepting Purchase Orders however, we will require full payment for our classes in advance (this policy applies to all of our classes)
Programs After School will not accept GVC Purchase Orders in lieu of payment or as a promise to pay.
OUR GVC PROCEDURE
GVC parents please enroll online through our secure shopping cart and pay in full via credit or debit card.
This enrollment process is entirely secure (PCI compliance).
Ask your ES to create the Purchase Order for the class and send it to us
After your last class, we will invoice GVC
Once we receive full payment from GVC, we will refund your credit or debit card on file with our merchant account company. This refund process is entirely secure (PCI compliant).
Your refund is conditional upon our receipt of payment in full on our invoices to GVC.
